SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Within Riyadh:
We offer delivery across Riyadh for a flat rate of SAR 30. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you can expect your box within 3–5 business days.

Outside Riyadh or International:
At this time, we are only delivering within Riyadh. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our reach!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our product and limited stock, we do not currently accept returns. However, if your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
