Shipping & Returns

Shipping Within Saudi Arabia (KSA)

We currently ship across Saudi Arabia with a flat shipping fee applied at checkout to cover delivery and handling costs.

Delivery timelines:

  • In-stock boxes: Usually delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier conditions.

  • Pre-orders or limited-run boxes: Some boxes are made or assembled in limited batches and may take up to 2–3 weeks to fulfil. Estimated timelines will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Once your order is placed:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

  • We’ll begin preparing your SproutBox once payment is confirmed.

  • You’ll be notified when your order is on its way.

Each SproutBox is packed with care using thoughtfully selected materials - thank you for your patience while we prepare something special for your child.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We’re focused on serving families within Saudi Arabia and hope to expand in the future.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because SproutBox products are activity-based, limited-run, and curated for hands-on play, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on personal preference or a child’s level of interest in a particular activity. Every child engages differently, and part of the magic of play is exploring what sparks their curiosity.

However, your satisfaction and trust matter to us.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your SproutBox arrives with:

  • A damaged item

  • A missing component

  • An incorrect item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll happily replace the affected item at no additional cost.
