SproutBox is created with care to offer engaging, age-appropriate, and enriching play experiences for young children. Our activities are designed to support learning through hands-on exploration; however, every child is unique, and experiences and outcomes will naturally vary.
By purchasing and using SproutBox products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Parental Discretion
SproutBox activities are designed for specific age ranges, but caregivers must use their own judgment to determine suitability based on a child’s individual abilities, developmental stage, temperament, and interests.
Adult Supervision
All SproutBox activities must be carried out under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Some activities may include small parts, sensory materials, or tools that require close monitoring. SproutBox is not responsible for any injury, accident, or incident resulting from lack of supervision.
Choking & Safety Awareness
Some components may present a choking risk for children under 3 years of age. Please follow all age guidelines and safety instructions provided, and keep materials out of reach when not in use.
Allergies & Sensitivities
SproutBox is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Caregivers are responsible for reviewing materials, ingredients, and instructions and for adapting or omitting activities as needed.
Use of Materials
SproutBox is not liable for issues arising from misuse of materials, failure to follow instructions, or substitution of items not provided in the box. Normal wear and tear of materials is expected with use.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
While our activities are thoughtfully designed to encourage learning, creativity, and development, we do not guarantee specific educational or developmental results.
Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by using SproutBox products you acknowledge and accept that SproutBox, its founders, team members, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from the use or misuse of our products or participation in associated activities.
Intellectual Property & Use
All SproutBox content, including activity concepts, instructions, illustrations, and written materials, is protected by copyright.
